For in the true nature of things, if we rightly consider, every green tree is far more glorious than if it were made of gold and silver. -Martin Luther

A little odd, yes, but this plant reminded me of the book Where the Wild Things Are

Welcome!

Good afternoon, reader! I have chosen this name - Through a Kaleidoscope - for the purpose of sharing photos of the color and intricate patterns in nature that tend to go unnoticed during our busy, activity-filled lives. It is a privilege to share a bit of sunshine seeping through a cloud, an emerald blade of grass crowned with dew, a fresh new blossom or clump of buds, or a tree stretching out its branches to heaven. Besides including photos of nature, I will also include the patterns and intricacy that I find in other, busier places - living spaces and communities. It's the best of both worlds... plus an inspirational quote each time to accompany the scenery. Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy the natural wonders of God's world.
